Time To Play Hooky With James Dean…Seriously!

25 Aug

Take an extra-long break today to check out the 1950s classic Rebel Without a Cause at LACMA’s Bing Theater—the movie closes tomorrow. The lunchtime flick not only stars some serious eye candy in the form of a brooding James Dean, but it’s also one of the most stylishly inspiring films to date. Dean’s wardrobe of jeans, tight-fitting tees, and leather bombers immortalized the original bad boy look—and also set the standard for what teens (and pretty much everyone else) would want to wear for decades to come. For a modern-day Dean look, check out our contrast jersey bomber.
